Beware of fake emails on behalf of Infomedics.
Unfortunately, criminals are increasingly abusing the name of these organisations by sending out fake messages that look like genuine communications. Below you can read what to look out for and how to recognise genuine communication from Infomedics.
Infomedics
All bills from our practice run through Infomedics.
You receive the bill through Infomedics and also pay to them.
Your bill will show the treatments that have been carried out.
The bill
You will receive the amount not reimbursed as a bill by e-mail.
Insurance
Infomedics first declares to your health insurer. You pay the remaining amount yourself.
Do you have questions about fees?
Then contact your health insurer.
Digital payments
Infomedics usually sends your bill by e-mail. The e-mail contains a link to your personal payment page. There you can pay securely with iDEAL, download your bill and request a payment plan if necessary.
Rates
Each treatment is described by a code. You will see the codes on your bill.
Pay
Always pay by the deadline. If payment is not made, the practice may postpone a subsequent appointment until the bill is paid in full.
Payment arrangement or deferral
You have 30 days to pay. Can't make it? Apply in time for an extension or a payment arrangement via the payment page or www.infomedics.nl.
Payment problems
If you had payment problems in the past, we may ask you to pay cash for your next treatment.
Cost estimate
For treatments above €250, you will receive an estimate of the cost in advance. The final bill may be slightly higher or lower.
Data protection
Infomedics complies with Dutch privacy and data protection rules.
