Pain complaints
Are you in pain?
For consultations, you can call us between 8:30 - 10 am.
Then we can discuss what you need.
Before visiting our practice
Don't get any surprises. Therefore, also read What we expect from you.
Postpone or cancel an appointment
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12pm.
Reschedule an appointment
Can't make it to your appointment?
If so, let us know by phone as soon as possible and we will reschedule the appointment.
Call us no later than 2 working days before the appointment.
By rescheduling your appointment on time, we can better serve you and other patients.
Too late?
If you arrive at your appointment on time, we can make good use of the scheduled time to help you.
If you arrive late for your appointment, you run the risk of not having enough time left to carry out the treatment.
We may then have to make a new appointment to perform the treatment at a different time.
Cancel appointment
For cancelling your appointment, the same applies as for rescheduling. Please inform us as soon as possible. At least two working days before the appointment.
A bill for the scheduled time
If you cancel your appointment less than 2 working days in advance or do not show up for the appointment without notice, or you arrive so late that the treatment cannot be performed, we unfortunately have to charge for the reserved time.
Avoid unnecessary costs, help another
Reschedule an appointment as soon as possible. As soon as you know you are ill or that you cannot come to your appointment for other important reasons. Notify us if you think you won't be able to come. Then we can still try to help someone else.
