Are you in pain?
For consultations, you can call us between 8:30 - 10 am. Then we will discuss what you need.

Before your appointment

Brush your teeth

Come to the appointment with well-polished teeth. That way we can help you better.

Medication use and health

Always tell your dentist if you are taking any medication or if anything has changed in your health.

Address or contact details

Have you moved or do you have a new phone number or e-mail address? Let us know right away.

Reminder

You will always receive a reminder e-mail for your appointment from us. This is an extra service. No rights can be derived from it, even if you do not receive the mail.

Postpone or cancel an appointment

Reschedule your appointment as soon as you know you cannot come to the appointment. If you call us in time, we may be able to help someone else.

 

If you change or cancel your appointment less than 2 working days in advance, we unfortunately have to charge for the reserved time.

 

This also applies if you do not turn up for the appointment without notice, or you arrive so late that the treatment cannot be carried out.

Your stuff

Do not leave your belongings unattended. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage.

Respect

We do not accept aggressive behaviour, verbal or physical. This may result in immediate deregistration from the practice. 

Satisfied or dissatisfied

Are you dissatisfied or troubled by something? Discuss this with your practitioner or the assistant. This is often the quickest way to reach a solution.

Costs and payment

Cost estimate

For treatments above €250, you will receive an estimate of the cost in advance. The final bill may be slightly higher or lower.

The bill

Invoices are sent to your health insurer via Infomedics. If you have supplementary insurance, your insurer will pay (part of) the costs. The amount not reimbursed will be sent to you by e-mail as an invoice.

Pay

Always pay by the deadline. If payment is not made, the practice may postpone a subsequent appointment until the bill is paid in full.

Privacy

We always comply with the regulations for your privacy, as set out in the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation).
